• 12% of Bad Egg Co Revenue: For Bad Eggs NFT holders
• 2% of Bad Egg Co revenue: For Cluckers NFT holders (holding 5 or more)
• Proceeds: Need to be claimed and then be paid in USDC once per calendar year - on January 31st
• Snapshot: December 31st, your holdings on this day will determine your share
